EnerSys PowerSafe® SBS XL batteries are premium Thin Plate Pure Lead (TPPL) batteries engineered for exceptional float life and reliable performance in demanding standby-power applications, including environments with elevated operating temperatures.

Building on the proven technology of the PowerSafe SBS family, the SBS XL Series is specifically designed to provide extended service life while helping telecom and critical-power operators manage the challenges associated with heat, equipment density, cooling requirements, and long-term battery replacement costs.

The 12V PowerSafe SBS XL Series combines long-life TPPL technology with a convenient front-terminal design for telecommunications, central offices, switching centers, utility, and other critical standby-power applications.

• High grade dilute sulphuric acid fully absorbed into the separator for extended float life at high temperatures and to prevent spillage in case of accidental damage
• Proven, high integrity dual-seal terminal design to prevent leakage over the product life
