Shipping and Return Policy

Our goal is for all customers to have a secure, safe, and fully satisfying shopping experience on our Site.  Product shipments are made from our warehouses in Kansas City, KS and O’Fallon, MO.  At this time, ships only to US addresses.  Orders placed online for in-store pickup are subject to product availability at the selected pickup location.  The chosen pickup location will contact you directly on availability.

Estimated Shipping Times

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible.  Typically, orders will ship within one (1) business day of order placement.  For shipping purposes, business days are Monday through Friday.

Based on your location and ZIP code, FedEx Ground delivery service is typically one to five business days from the date your order is shipped.  Before ordering, we ask that you please verify FedEx delivery service to your location.  For remote locations and/or delivery locations outside of the continental United States, FedEx does NOT guarantee delivery within the stated service time.  

Service Providers

The preferred delivery service of is FedEx Ground.  Availability of service, transit times, shipment tracking, and delivery policies for all available services are available at the FedEx website,  We reserve the right to substitute delivery service providers for factors such as shipment size, weight, special requirements, and market conditions.  You will be notified if a carrier substitution has been made on your order.

We also provide you the option of selecting your own freight carrier.  When finalizing your order, there will be an option to select your own carrier and enter the appropriate details.

Shipping Services ships all orders FedEx Ground service unless otherwise specified.  The following expedited service options are also available:

  • FedEx Overnight
  • FedEx 2Day
  • FedEx Express Saver

To calculate delivery time to your location, please visit the for specific details and service availability.  No weekend delivery service is available.

At this time, we do not ship to the following:

  • PO Boxes
  • Military (APO/FPO) addresses
  • Canada, Puerto Rico, or Mexico

Shipping Rates offers competitive shipping based upon current FedEx service rates.

Attempted Delivery Failures

FedEx may require a signature at the time of delivery for high value orders.  If the delivery driver feels that it is best to obtain a signature and no one is available to accept the delivery after three (3) attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Return Policy

Our goals is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s).  To begin the process of returning an unused product or filing a warranty claim on a defective product, please reference the following information.  Either of these procedures can be processed at our Kansas City or O’Fallon locations, or by calling us at 1.800.886.8658.

  • A return request must be initiated within fourteen (14) days of purchase, or delivery if the product was shipped directly to you.
  • All product returns require proof of purchase or original receipt.
  • If you are shipping the product back to us, it must be received at one of our warehouses within (30) days of the date of product delivery.  Return freight expense is non-refundable.
  • Returned products must be in unused and salable condition.
  • For credit card purchases, refunds will be credited back to the card used at time of purchase.
  • Cash refunds may be processed at either our Kansas City or O’Fallon location.
  • Refunds for purchases by check require a ten (10) day waiting period from the date of purchase.

This Return Policy covers all non-defective return requests for purchases made from  Defective products are covered under the below Warranty Policy.

Warranty Policy

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase(s).  The following information will help expedite your return of a defective product.  Warranty returns may be processed at either our Kansas City or O’Fallon locations, or by calling us at 1.800.886.8658.

Products purchased from or at one of our physical locations may include a warranty, dependent on the product’s manufacturer, age, and/or cause of defect.  Wholesale Batteries’ policy is to honor warranty claims within the specified warranty period unless the defect is caused by negligence, owner/user abuse, or if the product was not used as intended.  Wholesale Batteries, Inc. will not be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, to the fullest extent possible under applicable law.

Coverage under warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and requires proof of purchase and/or original receipt.  Warranty coverage is not transferable.

When submitting a warranty claim, analysis of the product may be required before credit can be issued or replacement product shipped.  We will make all efforts to process warranty claims in the fastest manner possible.
