Features of our battery preventative maintenance program includes:

• Complete visual inspections: uncovering signs of battery defects or degradation, leaks, corrosion, etc.
• Cleaning the tops of batteries, racking, cabinets, etc.
• Measurements: measure & record float voltages, internal jar resistance, connection resistance, battery & ambient temperatures, charger/rectifier parameters, specific gravities (if applicable).
• Re-torque of all battery connections
• Watering of flooded cells (if applicable)
• Battery Capacity testing
• Corrective maintenance if conditions are met requiring immediate action during time of service.
• Comprehensive report with services performed during the visit, results of the measurements, and recommended corrective actions, if any.
