CSB EVX Batteries | Deep Cycle AGM Batteries

CSB EVX Series batteries are deep-cycle VRLA AGM batteries designed for e-mobility and other applications requiring frequent charging and discharging.

Unlike conventional standby batteries that spend most of their lives on float charge waiting for a power outage, EVX batteries are engineered for cyclic service. This makes the series well suited for mobility equipment, electric scooters, recreational vehicles, and other battery-powered equipment that is regularly discharged and recharged.

Available in 12V configurations from 7.2Ah to 75Ah, the CSB EVX Series combines maintenance-free AGM construction, Pure Lead materials, and a cycle-oriented design for dependable performance in demanding cyclic applications.

These applications require different battery characteristics than conventional standby systems.

A UPS battery, for example, may spend nearly all of its life fully charged and only discharge during occasional power failures.

An EVX battery may be discharged and recharged regularly as part of normal equipment operation.

The battery must therefore be designed to tolerate repeated cycling.
