Replacement Battery Packs:

A failed battery doesn't necessarily mean the equipment needs to be replaced.

We can help with replacement battery packs for equipment where:

• The original battery is discontinued
• The OEM battery is difficult to find
• An exact replacement is no longer available
• The equipment uses an unusual battery configuration
• A standard battery won't physically fit
• A special connector is required
• The existing battery pack needs to be reproduced

Depending on the original pack and its condition, rebuilding or re-celling an existing battery pack may also be possible.

A battery pack rebuild typically involves replacing the worn battery cells while retaining usable components from the original assembly when appropriate.

This can be especially useful for older equipment where a complete replacement battery is difficult or impossible to find.

Battery-pack rebuilding is commonly used for equipment with NiCd or NiMH battery packs when the original enclosure, connector, or physical configuration needs to be retained.

Not every battery pack can or should be rebuilt. Our team can evaluate the original pack to determine available options.
